ng Team has been busy working a large telecom decommission in the Denver Metro area of Colorado. The generator was used as back up for fiber optics communications. What makes this job unique to our Team here at Generator Source is the unit is used for “Critical Infrastructure”. What does this mean? Without the backup power application if for any reason the grid may fail 911 could be disabled from the specific carrier.

The company we were working with received a brand-new Cummins to meet its new specifications and upgrades which is why they called us for the removal and sale of the 2008 1000 kW Cummins with a large fuel tank and enclosure. We sent out our team of professionals to disconnect the generator, disconnect all the additional equipment, contact a local crane company, and get our trucks on site as well.
