Our sales and field services teams worked like a well-oiled machine as always, this past week. The departments joined forces to not only make sure a client had enough power for their operation, but our service team made sure it was installed properly and is ready to perform.

“It was a group effort to earn this business and complete the full start up project,” said Glen. “EJ worked with this customer figuring out what kind of power they needed in the event of an emergency outage or rolling blackout. We handled the delivery and oversaw the install project with the clients electrical contractor.”  

The service team and the contractor worked together to connect the generator, automatic transfer switch and annunciator to the facility. The generator itself was a Generac 150 kW. Now this facility’s important information and key equipment will remain powered when a storm rolls through, a power line is compromised, or the local power company forces a blackout.

Fort Collins is known to see both extreme summer heat and heavy winter snowstorms, so standby power is very common. Now this facility will be covered so there are no lost opportunities or downtime.
